SHAPE YOUR BUTT MUSCLES WITH THIS MOVE
By now you probably know how squats are great for you glutes.
Today, we are doing things a bit different. Stepping out of the norm a bit.
Anytime you add weights to your workouts, it is definitely an added advantage.
So today we will be performing our squats with dumbbells.
Stand holding a dumbbell as seen bellow.
Then just go down into a squat position as seen below,
Repeat for 20 seconds, rest for 5 seconds then repeat as much as you can.
If you workout from home and you do not own any dumbbells , improvise with bricks, bigger water bottles etc and you will be good to go.
