‘I have never really battled with not creating content as a creative; I believe disconnecting for a moment is necessary. But my battle comes in when I think about disconnecting forever and then what!

Hey there! I know…I know…My blog has been subtle for almost 2 years. It has been a minute though but I think the most important thing for me is that I am happy to be back. I don’t want to  sabotage myself  again ‘’because those things…they end badly’’ with empty and unfulfilled promises like ‘I am going to blog more’ and then I do not. For now,  I think it is best to say, ” The future looks propitious and I will try and be consistent.’

While I was away, I was not sleeping, (technically I was.) but I discovered new ways to exercise from home, I embraced equanimity, I wrote a lot, I read a lot and this has given me even more diverse content for my blog that I cannot wait to share.

As usual, I will be sharing at home health and fitness tips , natural hair tips and tricks that I have literally been asked a gazillion times, book reviews etc.

Anyway,  Karibu tena to my blog. I hope to see you in my next post.
