Drinking the recommended amount of water can prove to be a lot of work sometimes because there is just something about plain water that can get on your last nerve sometimes. But the infusion method has helped more and more people meet the daily recommended amount of water intake.
Water infusion method: This is when you infuse your water with some fruits or vegetables to make it look and taste even better.

1. Lemon Water
Slice lemon into a huge jar or your water bottle and keep it next to you so you can sip from this unending well of goodness all day.
2. Orange water
Orange water is actually tastier as opposed to lemon water which is bitter . It depends on your preference. I love both but lemon water definitely tops it for me.
Cucumber water is an interesting infusion. It breaks the boring monotony of plain water while giving you all the health benefits of cucumber as well.
4. Water melon
This is one of my favorites as well just because it tastes just as good as it looks. Just a warning, having it cold will make you addicted . Don’t worry! it’s not such a bad addiction after all
