4 UNCONVENTIONAL TIPS TO FINDING MOTIVATION TO WORKOUT! (F’S)

That is how I would describe motivation. We need it to start and we need it to sustain us.

I know you have heard tips like writing it down, finding a mentor, putting it up on your wall etc to help you find motivation. On today’s post, we will be looking at 4 unconventional tips to finding motivation to workout:

  • Fear stagnation- I know for a fact that humans are wired to desire growth. Absence of growth often brings a certain form of discomfort. Wanting to grow in your workouts or develop your skill in whichever field or aspect in your life is a great way to find motivation to do better and want better for yourself. My tip is you listen to your instinct and fear stagnation and desire growth.
  • Feel the outcome- You know the feeling you get after you are done with a workout session? or when you have accomplished something; big or  small? Think about that and let it drive you towards wanting a repetition of that same feeling.
  • Force it ’till you make it-  Our bodies have been designed to just want to take vacations all the time and not work, it is up to your inner self to force your body to move and do that which it does not want to do.
  • Fit  the dream shoe- Everyone knows what it is like to day dream. Try living the dream, talking, walking, acting, as if you have already reached the dream. This is you setting yourself up because there is no going back after that, you will find a driving force like no other to keep going.

I hope these tips were helpful and will see you grow into your fullest life potential.
