The weather has been quite ridiculous if you ask me (and you I suppose.) This is that time where we are prone to sniff!! sniff!! *By sniff sniff I mean having a running nose and not doing drugs Lol! * because of the cold that is most likely to creep up in this cold season. But do not fret my Friend, I have simple tips to help you keep the cold away.
- Exercise ‘it’
Keep your body moving , warm and with a great supply of oxygen. This will help keep the cold away!
2. sip ‘it’
Nothing tastes as good as a hot drink in this cold season. Stay away from cold drinks because they trigger Flu. Save those for the summer.
4. Soup ‘it’
Preparing soup in this season is necessary. The best thing is that there are no rules, You make the rules. You get to chose what goes in there.
My favorite soup recipe is pretty basic, nothing out of this world. I just heat the following ingredients under minimal heat
- Lots of green/red pepper (I like mine spicy)
- Yogurt or coconut oil
4. Eat ‘it’
Healthy meals will keep your metabolism in check and this in return will help keep away the cold.
5. Coat ‘it’
Most importantly, Stay warm. ‘Do not freeze and shine lest you freeze and die’ (see what I did there?” Lol!! )
