On today’s post, I am talking cheat everything. During this festive season, even as you do merry, try to balance it all.
- All I want for Christmas is ….Ice cream
It is okay to have your favorite ice cream flavor and sweet drinks this season,(IN PORTIONS ) but that should not be a substitute for your daily dose of water, Hydrate even more during this festive season.
- Silent night- sleepless nights
I know…I know….you want to stay up and binge watch whatever is in season but honey lack of sleep is bad for you!
- 12 days of Christmas-workout boycott
I know you feel like these few days are not meant to be spent working out blah..blah …blah….You may not work out as much as you do but remember to squeeze in workouts here and there, thank me in January when you won’t have to walk like the penguins of Madagascar once you resume your workouts.
