AM I TOO LAZY TO WORKOUT?

 
So there  are  two kinds of people, lazy  and  ‘not lazy’ . Now  that we have that out of the way, let us  try  and  establish  where  we  lie

  • Always give excuses

It is okay  to  give excuses  once  in  a  while  but if  my  dog  is always  eating  my  homework  and  so  I can’t  workout , Maybe I  am  too lazy to workout.

If I set  up  my alarm  30 minutes  before   my  actual wake up time and   always snooze  it,  maybe  I am too lazy to workout.

  • I Procrastinate……….ALOT!

“I’ll start  working  out  tomorrow’’  if  this  cliché  phrase  always appears  on  my  vocabulary , maybe  I am  too lazy to  workout.

  2. I guess it comes down to asking yourself how much you really want that perfect body. If you don’t work at it, you won’t get it.
