If you are going  to lose weight, it  is a journey  you are partaking  and  just  like any other  journey to  the  top, you will need  to tag  along  people who will make it  easier for you and not try to drag them along with you.
Here  are  the  types  of  Friends  you Want to keep;

  • The  tough love’ kind of  friend

You see that  Friend  that  is  not  afraid  to  correct  you when you do something  wrong? That  is  the  kind  of  Friend  you  want. The one who  will notice you lagging  behind  on your  weight loss journey and  give you  a  kick  to get  you on track.

  • An early  riser

Most of the times, you  may  want  to  hit  the  gym  or  hit  the road  first  thing  in  the morning but since you are not a morning person, you find it super hard to wake up.The thing  with  the alarm  clock  is  that  you can  hit the  snooze  button  or  turn it off completely  but when it co mes to that persistent friend  who  for  some  reason  is always  up  by 5am, you have no excuse but to pick their calls.

  • Positive Friend

A positive  friend  will motivate  you, inspire  you  and  will not  try  to  talk you out  of living  a  healthier  lifestyle  and meeting  your  weight loss goals. A negative   friend  on the  other  hand  will  do  the  direct  opposite

  • A friend  who  will not  try to shove Pizza  down  your  gut

You need  a  friend  who  will  not  flaunt  pizza , fries , sodas  and  all these  junk food  on your  face  when  they know  dang  well  you  trynna’   eat   clean.
