WHAT  TO DO AFTER  A  WEEKEND  OF  BINGE EATING

So you  hooked  up  with  some  of  your friends  on Friday  and  had  a  whole  box of  pizza  by  yourself,  then   passed by   Tuskys  and  had  not  one…..not  two….. but  three  finger  licking  hot dogs , and as  if  that  was  not  enough, An emotional  episode  of  Greys anatomy drove  you  to  snack  on  that  white creamy  chocolate  to the  last  bar  and that was the  trend  for  the  whole weekend..
So  here  is  Monday, what  should  be  your next  step?

  • Do atleast   30-45  minutes  of  Cardio  excercises 

    • Practise   Yoga, to  help  you  feel  good  about  yourself

    • Start  your  morning  off  with  a  glass or  two  of  warm  lemon  water

    • Take  a  Vegtable  smoothie   before  your  first  meal



    • Make  healthier  choices  throughout  the  week

    • SMILE ….                                                 

     
    Give  yourself  a  break!  Dont  beat  yourself  up, you’re  only  human..remember  to  apply the 80-20  rule. 80% of the time  workout  and eat  right the  other  20% , do whatever  the  heck  you  want……MODERATELY
